Situated a few miles outside Newquay this picturesque church is a favourite location for local couples to tie the knot. It's a church under the charge of one of the area's most sought-after clergymen – Rev Chris McQuillen-Wright who, in addition to his original, witty and sincere services is renowned as the 'running reverend' because of a story which made the national press a view years ago when the best man had forgotten the rings and Chris (who is a fine athlete in his spare time) set off on foot to save the day and bring the rings back for the service. Our picture at Claire and Matthew's wedding wasn't that occasion but Chris goes most places at high speed as you can see!
